Brittany Cross is a 5-10 forward from Timber Creek High School in Orlando Florida. Cross, a junior had a big sophomore season and is looking to put Timber Creek on the map this year as they start their season.
Kenny: What are you goals for this coming high school basketball season?
Brittany Cross: My goals this year is to win districts and even go further than that to states, also to improve my game itself.
Kenny: What parts of your game are you working hardest to improve or add to it?
Brittany Cross: I'm working on my ball handling skills all around and building up my confidence on the court overall.
Kenny: How is your recruiting going? Have you visited any schools recently or have a list of top schools? If you have already committed what are you most looking forward to at the school you’ve committed to?
Brittany Cross: My recruiting is going well right now. I plan on visiting some schools of my top choice this year.
Kenny: Who is the best female basketball player you have ever played against?
Brittany Cross: I would have to say Alexis Prince.
Kenny: Who has inspired you most to become the person and player you have today?
Brittany Cross: My dad
Kenny: Do you think Lebron James made the right decision going to the Heat? Why?
Brittany Cross: Yes, I think he did because now he has a better chance of getting a ring with them because of the great talent they have on that team.
Kenny: What NBA or WNBA player do you most think you play like?
Brittany Cross: I think I play somewhat like Dwight Howard.
Kenny: Who do you think will win the Womens NCAA Division I Championship this year?
Brittany Cross: UConn no doubt about it.
