Peyton Whitted is an athletic sophomore forward from Greater Atlanta Christian School in Georgia. Whitted is down to several schools in recruiting all of which would be lucky to have her services, we take this chance to go one on one with Peyton Whitted.
Kenny: What are you goals for this coming high school basketball season?
Peyton: Becoming a leader, Taking full responsibility and not pointing fingers, Putting my teammates before me.
Kenny: What parts of your game are you working hardest to improve or add to it?
Peyton: Defense mostly, and also my ball handling.
Kenny: How is your recruiting going? Have you visited any schools recently or have a list of top schools? If you have already committed what are you most looking forward to at the school you’ve committed to?
Peyton: I visited Purdue last month, taking an unofficial to Purdue next weekend. Top Schools right now are Duke Purdue UGA
Kenny: Who is the best female basketball player you have ever played against?
Peyton: Kaela Davis, Andraya Carter, Diamond Deshields.
Kenny Who has inspired you most to become the person and player you have today?
Peyton: My Mom
Kenny: Do you think Lebron James made the right decision going to the Heat? Why?
Peyton: No, he should have stayed where he was. Too many superstars on one team.
Kenny: Who do you think will win the Womens NCAA Division I Championship this year?
Peyton: Baylor
